Unlock the phone and look for the USB debugging prompt. Tap Allow, and check 'Always allow from this computer'. If no prompt appears, revoke USB debugging authorizations in Developer options and reconnect.
The phone is probably locked or in Charging only mode. Unlock it and choose File transfer in the USB notification, then click Refresh in PortLine.
Both devices must be on the same network with client isolation off. Check that macOS granted PortLine Local Network access in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network.
Pull the cable and plug it back in, or click Refresh. PortLine resumes from its staged copy. If a file never reached the phone, the app lists it so you can save or discard the copy.
A website license activates one Mac at a time. Premium works offline: a Lifetime license for up to a year at a time, a yearly plan through its paid period plus 7 days while it renews, and a trial until it ends. PortLine refreshes access automatically whenever it is open and online. Recover a lost key by signing in with your purchase email. Replacing a key resets its Mac binding; a Mac that stays offline keeps already-issued access until it next connects or that access’s offline period ends. Lifetime is a one-time license for the supported lifetime of the product, not a promise of perpetual platform compatibility.
